About Us

Spectra an operating and consulting services organization set up in August 2006, has extensive experience throughout India in conceptual development, market research, economic feasibility reports, strategic business planning, project development, technical assistance, marketing and sales, pre-opening and on-going operations in the hotels, resorts, convention and leisure industry.

Spectra has formed an association with International Leisure Consultants, Hong Kong (ILC). Key areas of focus for Spectra have been most of the primary and secondary cities of India and some exposure in the Middle East and Far East.

ILC is a full-service leisure company, mainly providing leisure consultancy services and includes management and marketing services for Clubs, Leisure projects, Resorts and mixed-use Developments. There team of expertise covers sports clubs, golf clubs, country clubs, fitness and health clubs ( in both stand-alone and premium hotels ) , business clubs, health spas, premium residential clubs, resorts and leisure complexes, retreats, conference and exhibition centres, serviced offices and tourism assignments.

Projects include a diverse range of types such as Hotels(from Luxury to Business and Budget) and resorts, Service Apartments, Recreation and fitness and spa facilities.

CHITRA BABBAR

A degree in Hotel Management

Work experience with ITC Hotels as a part of Pre opening Management teams. Has an extensive hotel operations background.

Key roles involve:

  • Development of Project specific proposals and Research documentation.
  • Feasibility studies including Site analysis, Primary and secondary market research and overviews and Data Collation and Analysis.
  • Concept development, SWOT Analysis and Market intelligence reports and Positioning plans.
  • Assistance in project Development, by formulation of Business strategies and providing Strategic reviews through Business plans and Project reports.

ANSHUL BHARGAVA

A graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad.

Anshul heads Procurement for Spectra Hospitality Services. His principal strengths lie in excellent analytical and numerical ability, proficiency in computers, radical thinking ability, spontaneous decision making ability & good interpersonal skills

Anshul has been the Purchase Manager in Country Inn and Suites by Carlson and has been responsible for opening new hotels. Setting up the Purchase and Stores department, Recruiting and training staff, Liaison with various government departments, Vendor Management etc.

BHUWAN CHANDER JOSHI

Bhuwan has been a Project manager for many pre opening hotel properties and has thus developed his core competency in Project management with his experience with many Hospitality Brands.

Bhuvan has worked as a project Manager for Ramada Jaipur. He has also been with the heritage property of Chomugarh Fort (near Jaipur).

Bhuwan has a background of Engineering and has worked with many International Hotel chains across India including Taj Lucknow, Radisson Windsor, Majestic Park Plaza, Ludhiana, Ramada, Jaipur etc.

TANUJ MALIK

 

Tanuj has worked with The Imperial, New Delhi as a part of Front Office team and at The Taj Westend, Bangalore for the Catering Sales team. Her professional skill is a set of broad and current, having extensive hands-on experience with management of large events, revenue generation, incremental sales to extensive hotel operational activities. She has been an integral part of training and development for a long time with various hotel management institutes.
