Spectra has helped in the feasibility for a 120 room mid market hotel located in Coimbatore. Spectra has assisted the project from concept, operator search, with expression of interest from an international hotel brand to technical assistance.
Spectra is currently undertaking procurement of FF&E from identification of suppliers to negotiating for best prices and delivery timelines for Hallmarc and also assisting the development with its interiors.
